IH 35 to Old San Antonio Road Connector

Direct access to IH-35 Southbound Frontage Road from Old San Antonio Road is currently through private property. This project would provide for a public roadway connection to the Frontage Road.
Current Status: The proposed roadway connecting Old San Antonio Road to the IH-35 frontage lane requires an easement agreement with HEB. HEB is considering alternatives to their property with no anticipated date for any decision. The City will continue to collaborate with HEB in design considerations, which may become a Public Private Partnership in scope and results.
